About Jay Hidalgo
Jay Hidalgo has a mind for business and a heart for seeing people succeed. For more than 25 years, he has brought his perspective, insight and coaching to businesses, non-profit organizations, and ministries. His approach to coaching and teaching allows participants to become self-aware, identify gaps, obtain insight, and develop practical steps they can use immediately to be more effective. Jay is also a sought-after speaker/trainer at various conferences, seminars, and organizations where he conducts workshops and interactive training on topics related to strategic planning, leadership development, demand generation, and marketing strategy. Although the details change from engagement to engagement, the objective is the same: to help organizations and individuals become more effective.
Throughout his career, Jay has worked with, trained, and consulted companies such as Herman Miller, Michelin, Eloqua (now part of Oracle), Ariba, General Motors, Medtronic, NCR, Harte-Hanks, Toshiba, Rubbermaid, Act-On Software, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Haworth, and Pitney Bowes, among others.
Jay, his wife, and four children live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition to working with business and organizational leaders, he enjoys coaching the wonderful game of baseball, a fine cigar, cheering on his hapless New York Mets, and spending down time with his family in Glen Arbor, Michigan.
